How to fix heating issue with Micromax Canvas Spark(Q380)

how are you and your phone?
Well not to mention, your new canvas spark has taken all your time, attention and money. You might be regretting  of your decision. You might be facing a lot of problem from the first day of receiving your phone.

Well it's hot, isn't it?
Very hot besides the name suggest "Spark", but it's more than that. This device should be nominated for the "Hottest Phone Of The Year". Some guys said that,"Canvas Spark Ignited The Whole India" and some could prepare their tea and make omelet too from its heat.

Honestly I also faced the problem of heating and that was draining the battery very fast. I was regretting on my decision and guess what a lot of negative ideas spined over my head. But what I needed was, to cool down and fix the problem. So after a lot of research and experiments, I got successful results.
Well let me guide you to fix the heating problem with your Micromax Canvas Spark.

Without further wasting of time lets start.
(I'll list some of the causes that might brought the heating issue at the end of this troubleshooting guide.)

1. The first thing you have to do is a factory reset of your phone, that will erase everything (Keep a backup of your data on memory card and remove it, before erasing everything from phone's internal storage).

2. On booting remove or disable all the apps listed;
Uninstall- Askme, Chaatz, Hotstar, Newshunt, Paytm, Quikr, Snapdeal, Savan.
Disable- App Centre, Dr. Safety, Clean Master, Mi Live, Mi Games, mAd.
3. Do not connect to the internet until said.

You need to create a new Google account from the account section on setting menu. You can even use your previous account by disabling 'Automatic restore' app data from 'Backup & restore' section.[pic.2]

5. Now disable automatic updates from Google Play Store's Setting menu. [pic.3]
This way you can rule a little over your your phone and data balance.

6. Now turn off the device and boot into recovery mode.

If you don't know how to boot into recovery follow the steps ahead;
a) Turn off the phone
b) Press and hold three keys (volume up, power & the home button)
c) On vibrating or booting(showing Micromax logo), leave the power button only and still hold the volume up & home button until you get the recovery menu.
[Once you get the recovery menu, leave the keys(V-up & home).]
d) Now use Volume up an down keys to scroll up and down.

e) Scroll down to "Wipe cache partition" and press the power button. This way you are clearing your phone's cache partition.

e) After successfully wiping cache partition, scroll up to Reboot option and press the power button.

That's it your phone is completely cleaned now and you can use it normally.

7. Now don't use the phone for heavy task(i.e. gaming, internet etc) for a full day(24hrs) or two. Cause the software components needs to adopt the architecture of the device for proper manipulation between hardware and software.

This way you can fix the heating problem of Micromax Canvas Spark.

Here's some useful tips:
1. Don't use the phone while charging.
2. Use proper charger (provided with the phone).
3. Only download apps and games from "Google play store". Say no to third party apps unless you require them badly.
